Beschreibung

Die EDS-P510-Serie umfasst redundante Managed Gigabit-Ethernet Switches, die standardmäßig vier 10/100BaseT(X) 802.3af (PoE) kompatible Ethernet-Ports und drei Gigabit-Ethernet-Kombi-Ports bieten. Die EDS-P510 Switches bieten bis zu 15,4 Watt Leistung je PoE-Port und ermöglichen die Stromversorgung angeschlossener Geräte (z. B. Überwachungskameras, Wireless-Zugriffspunkte und IP-Telefone), wenn kein AC-Netzteil zur Verfügung steht oder wenn ein lokales Netzteil zu teuer wäre. Die EDS-P510 Switches sind sehr vielseitig und der Single Fiber Port kann Daten mit hoher EMI-Immunität über bis zu 80 km vom Gerät bis zur Leitstelle übertragen. Es werden eine Vielzahl von Managementfunktionen, einschließlich Turboring, RSTP/STP, IGMP, VLAN, QoS, RMON, Bandbreitenmanagement und Port-Spiegelung unterstützt. Die EDS-P510-Serie wurde speziell für Anwendungen in der Sicherheitsautomatisierung entwickelt. Hierzu zählen z. B. IP-Überwachung und Eingangssysteme, die von einem skalierbaren Backbone und Power-over-Ethernet-Unterstützung profitieren.
